Half the parties, twice the fun! | Happy to Create | Digital ...

We have the unique situation of having two (2) sets of twins in our household! John and Kelly will soon be 24 years old, and Abbie and Jenna, 12 years old. Since they were born practically minutes apart on the same day, it makes sense for the family to celebrate their birthdays on the same day. They are twins, after all!

But the super special circumstance in our home is that our oldest daughter Stephanie was born on her father?s birthday! That means there is yet another shared birthday, even though they were born 29 years apart. Since I have become a member of this family, the one thing I can count on having completely to myself, is my own birthday celebration. Not that it is a bad thing being a twin, or sharing a birthday with a family member. Some may look at it as not having as many days to celebrate. After all, with 7 members of the immediate family, it leaves only 4 days of birthday celebrations. We look at it as having twice as much to celebrate! Most things are done, purchased, brought or sold in ?twos? around here, and that suits us fine. Twice the smiles, twice the party, twice the fun!

Journaling:
TWO sets of twins in the family and another shared birthday may mean LESS celebrations but does it give us MORE to celebrate!
