Building on the strong track record of working with recognized brands and delivering to niche specifications, this new program engages our BPO subsidiary to provide paper application processing services leveraging a combination of technology and live resources to accommodate the launch of the client?s expansive loyalty program. Over the term, the Company is expected to receive, digitize and submit over 25,000,000 applications that will serve to originate customer loyalty accounts for their customer base.

The contract was initiated on July 4, 2012 and will run for a 42 month term with delivery of services projected to launch on or before September 17, 2012. As part of the program, the Company will open two new business processing outsourcing sites in the USA, and will add approximately 300 staff positions to support the launch. The contract carries a minimum value of $3.4 Million with the majority of the value expected to be realized in the first 12 months following the launch. The client has requested that sites and staffing plans be sized to accommodate two to three times the volume as defined by the minimum contract value and the Company is currently making preparations to support this request.
