It has three bedrooms and four bathrooms in 3,000 square feet, with direct elevator access, an open floor plan, and bamboo floors. The listing also knows that it comes with two parking spaces; presumably the issues Brown had with those have been ironed out. Asking price is $1.895 million with HOAs of $605 per month.
